Sales Rep Agreement

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of ORDA Direct.

You do not get paid just because a restaurant signs up.

Commission is only earned after the restaurant becomes an active paying ORDA Direct customer according to ORDA Direct commission policy.

If the restaurant never becomes a paying customer, no commission is owed for that account.

ORDA Direct has final authority over commission approval, payout status, fraud prevention, and account eligibility.
